The Total Ear Care System (TEC) is a cost-effective set of instruments designed to provide easier, safer, and faster care for a range of outer ear procedures.
As an intern I was involved from the beginning phase of the project. My main focus was on the ergonomic design of the handheld device that the doctor would use. I was included in the meeting with the client and the engineers while we brainstormed ideas. With whiteboard sketches and mock ups, I helped develop the basic shape and ergonomics of the hand held device.
